From pifeedback.com:

Smallville: 4.01 million, 1.8 in adults 18-49, 2.1 in adults 18-34
Supernatural: 2.74 million, 1.2 in adults 18-49, 1.3 in adults 18-34

The 1.2 rating in adults 18-49 indicates that 1.2% of all adults 18-49 in the US were watching the program (with the adults 18-34 rating analogous).  Supernatural's retention was 68% in total viewers, 67% in adults 18-49, and 62% in adults 18-34, which is in line with the retention earlier this season before Smallville's ratings started to plummet.  Note that it aired against the season finales of Grey's Anatomy and CSI, each of which had more than 20 million viewers, and the season finale of Scrubs.

Sorry about the weird spacing between the cuts. *kicks LJ*

Supernatural's retention was 66% in total viewers, 67% in adults 18-49, and 59% in adults 18-34.
